How long does activation take?
Your account is normally ready within a week. If it is urgent we can activate on the same working day – just say so in the consultation.
What does it cost?
The price depends on the number of full-time equivalents in your company. The calculator sits on the homepage: move the slider to your company size and read off the figure.
Are these monthly or annual prices?
Every amount named on this website is an annual price, plus statutory VAT.
Can I try the software first?
Yes. On request we provide a seven-day trial account at any time – with your own supplier data and without payment details. Access ends automatically; no cancellation needed.
Is the number of suppliers limited?
No. You manage as many suppliers as you need. The number does not affect the price.
Do supplier accounts cost extra?
No. As soon as you request information, your supplier receives their own free account and maintains their data themselves. That saves you the chasing and keeps the data current.
Is the evidence accepted in an ISO audit?
Our advisory team consists of auditors with long experience at certification bodies in Germany and Switzerland. Their requirements fed directly into the development of the software and the reporting – so that the evidence covers what audits actually ask for.
For clarity: what gets accepted is always your evidence, never a tool. No vendor can guarantee an audit outcome. What can be ensured is that you are able to present the required records completely, currently and traceably – and that is where most findings originate.
Are there discounts for small companies?
For micro-enterprises as well as startups, educational institutions, NGOs and social businesses we find suitable terms. Talk to our advisory team – we will find something that fits your situation.
Is there a free version?
Under certain conditions you can use SCRM free of charge for a limited period. Whether you qualify takes the advisory team a few minutes to establish.
Do we need special technology?
No. SCRM runs in a web browser, no installation required. Reports can be downloaded as PDFs at any time.
Why is the price based on full-time equivalents?
The number of full-time equivalents is a reliable indicator of a company’s size and scope – the same measure certification effort is calculated on. It forms the basis of our blended calculation.
The advantage sits with you: the price does not rise when you add suppliers or give more people access. Diligence is not penalised.
