3. Applicable law

Processing is governed by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) together with the German Federal Data Protection Act. For data subjects in Switzerland, the Swiss Data Protection Act applies in addition.

4. Visiting the website

When you visit, our hosting provider records server log files containing the IP address, date and time, the page requested, the browser type and the referring page. This serves the secure and stable operation of the website.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in fault-free operation and in defending against attacks. Log files are deleted after a short period.

5. Contact form

On submission we process: company name, company size, the stated driver for supply chain monitoring, name, email address, phone number, preferred contact route and your message. We use these details solely to handle your enquiry and to contact you.

The legal bases are Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for steps prior to entering a contract and Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR for your consent. You may withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future; the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal is unaffected.

Company and name are required so we can attribute the enquiry. Whether you provide an email address or a phone number is your choice.

6. No marketing use

We do not use your details for newsletters or advertising and do not pass them to third parties for such purposes.

7. Recipients

Liechtenstein is part of the European Economic Area. Hosting therefore involves no transfer to a third country; the same level of data protection applies as in the European Union.

8. Cookies and analytics

This site sets a single strictly necessary session cookie preventing misuse of the contact form. It holds no personal details and is deleted when you close the browser. No consent is required for it under § 25(2) TDDDG.

We use no analytics, tracking or advertising services. Fonts are served from our own server; no external font service is called.

9. Retention

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to handle them and any follow-up. They are then deleted unless commercial or tax retention periods apply.

10. Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (Art. 21). Please write to info@scrm.ch.

You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR). The authority responsible for us is the Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht (BayLDA), Ansbach. You may also contact the authority where you are located; in Switzerland, the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner.

11. Security

Transmission is encrypted via HTTPS. We take appropriate technical and organisational measures under Art. 32 GDPR to protect your data against loss and unauthorised access.
